Do I choose my item when I reserve?+
No. Your reservation secures studio time and a table. Choose and purchase your canvas when you arrive, so you can see every option in person.
What happens if I’m late?+
Your 90-minute session begins at the reserved time. No-show tables are held for 30 minutes, then released to walk-ins.
Do I need to sign a waiver?+
Yes. Every creator signs a waiver before the session. Your confirmation will include a digital waiver for quicker check-in.
Can I bring my own design?+
Absolutely. Use our Custom Design Station to upload an image or book designer help in one-hour increments.
